North Creek Estates is a new construction senior community comprised of 25 two bedroom duplexes (50 units). Each duplex has a covered entrance and a rear patio and is equipped with a range, range hood, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, high efficiency furnace, central air conditioning, and well insulated water heater. The lawn areas are landscaped and has park benches, barbecue grills, and a gazebo for the enjoyment of the residents. The site is divided by Mill Creek and a City of Independence Parks and Recreation Department maintained walking trail that connects two City Parks and provides access to the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum.
