Vine Street Apartments is a historic acquisition and rehabilitation senior community comprised of 18 one bedroom, one bathroom apartments and 24 two bedroom, two bathroom apartments in downtown Poplar Bluff. A courtyard on the grounds provides a green retreat from the downtown buildings and includes a picnic area and park benches. There is a large community room that hosts activities and is furnished with tables, chairs, a large screen television and exercise equipment.
